It has been part of my exploration of Jacey Boggs Faulkner’s book, 51 Yarns, to reflect and record on each of those spins over the last two years. I did these reflections for my own benefit, as a completion of the creative cycle, as it were. But as I have done this study with the Wool n’ Spinning group, I’ve received feedback that these posts have been helpful to others. If you click this link, you will see all the posts I’ve tagged as relating to the 51 Yarns category, in the reverse order of their publication. However, this might not be helpful if you’re looking for a specific post, or if you want to read through them in numerical order. So, to complete the ridiculous organization that has characterized this study (which is not at all typical of me, I assure you), here is an index of my 51 Yarns posts and reflections. I have also included links to the Ravelry pages for each sample, which I have been fairly faithful to complete.
To get back to this index, just find the category drop-down bar (at the right or bottom of the page, depending on your device) and choose “51 Yarns,” and this post should be at the top.

Final Reflections
Good job Rebecca. That was a lot of work. I have really enjoyed seeing each yarn as you posted. Thanks for the reference, I just received a large amount of sample fleece and some blends, so I will definitely be checking back when I get ready to spin:)
