This is more of a newsy post!
Backstory: Rachel at Wool n’ Spinning started an audio podcast about six years ago to go with her Youtube show. She gave it up about six months ago, but now with me joining the team, we’ve decided to start it up again. I talked her into making it a public podcast now, and she and Mike have got it all fed through the internet feed machines.
Slowly she’ll be adding all the previous episodes, so you can enjoy them too even if you’re not a Patron of the show. I think my favorite episodes are some of the interviews she’s done with different makers, sometimes spinners from our community with their own unique perspective on things, and sometimes shepherds or dyers or other producers.
Right now you can listen to our most recent episode, which is a relaunch of sorts. We talk about how last year went for both of us, and everything we’re looking forward to about our Year of Colour.
I’m excited to be able to share this with you guys. We’ll be talking a lot about colour this year, but also whatever else we feel like. We’ve got a couple cool interviews lined up as well. New episodes will come out once a month. I hope you’ll take a listen!
