“I Don’t Want Earl’s Baby Pie” (What? It’s true. I don’t want Earl’s baby.)
Both recipes from here. I’ve wanted to try these since I first saw Waitress seven years ago. In reality, the experience of both pies was somewhat marred by their both having the texture of soup – the mousse was my fault, for not letting it set long enough, and the quiche was the recipe’s fault; it definitely needs more like an hour to cook and ten minutes to set. But this didn’t change the fact that they were life-changingly delicious, so with a little more time in the fridge and oven respectively, they’ll be even better as leftovers.
We will celebrate with pizza pie! Did you use your own cheese for the quiche?
